Carbon Offsetting

Through our partnership with Switch2Zero, we’re proudly carbon neutral couriers. Here are just some of the projects that we’re involved with

The National Biodigester Programme, Cambodia

Since 2006, Cambodia’s National Biodigester Programme has helped households switch from polluting firewood and costly fossil fuels to sustainable biogas, generated from livestock waste. By 2021, the program had built nearly 29,000 biodigesters, benefiting over 79,000 people and reducing CO2 emissions by more than 900,000 tonnes. It also supports local micro-enterprises and offers biogas loans, with most households repaying within two years.

Clean Cook Stoves, Ghana

CookClean, a project by ClimateCare Limited, is helping families in Ghana switch from traditional stoves to sustainable ones, reducing health risks and deforestation. Over 100,000 stoves have been distributed, benefiting 400,000 people and cutting 720,000 tonnes of carbon emissions. The project has also saved families $29 million in fuel costs, created 36 jobs, and involved 200 women.

Gochang Solapark, South Korea

The Gochang Solapark in South Korea generates solar electricity, helping reduce greenhouse gas emissions and supporting the country's renewable energy goals. With a capacity of 14.98 MW, the park produces around 22,183 MWh annually, cutting CO2 emissions by 135,225 tonnes each year. Managed by KDB Infrastructure Investments, the project also promotes local sustainable development, improves air quality, and supports local jobs.

5 MW Solar Power Plant, Jodhpur, India

The 5 MW solar power plant in Bap Village, India, developed by Sembcorp, generates 8,583 MWh of clean energy annually, reducing greenhouse gas emissions by 8,177 tonnes each year. Approved under the Gold Standard Mechanism, the project helps address India’s energy deficit, creates local jobs, and boosts infrastructure. It also reduces reliance on fossil fuels, fostering a cleaner environment and promoting investment in renewable energy technologies.

The Wigton Windfarm II, Jamaica

Wigton Windfarm II generates clean electricity through wind power, reducing greenhouse gas emissions and reliance on fossil fuels. Beyond energy, Wigton actively supports local schools and communities, adopting Rose Hill Primary and Infant School, and establishing a renewable energy resource center that offers training courses and scholarships for science and engineering students. They also assist local farmers by repairing water tanks to support livestock and crop farming near the turbines.

Sidrap Wind Farm, Indonesia

The Sidrap Wind Farm in South Sulawesi, Indonesia, features 30 turbines with a capacity of 75 MW, generating 253,000 MWh annually—enough to power over 70,000 homes. As Indonesia's first large-scale wind farm, it reduces reliance on fossil fuels, cuts air pollution, and supports 35 local jobs. The project also promotes equal pay and helps lower greenhouse gas emissions, highlighting Indonesia's commitment to a sustainable future.
