Planning

Our specialist team of event planners will support you throughout the planning of your events, discussing your requirements in detail. Our team are on hand 24/7 to deal with any queries throughout.

Storage

We are able to store all equipment, marketing materials, audio visual kit and any other items required. This can be done on an ad-hoc basis, year round or on / off season. We can also accept deliveries directly from your suppliers. Our storage locations in Kent and London are perfectly positioned for transport into London or via Dover into Europe

Delivery

GJS will deploy one of its specialist event couriers to deliver the goods to the event centre. Our extensive knowledge of event centres, UK and European universities and hotels mean that we are experienced in dealing with any unexpected challenges.

Set Up

Our dedicated team will set up all event stands and exhibition equipment to your specification. We’re familiar with all types of banners and stands and can also accommodate more complex equipment if needed. When you arrive at the event your equipment will be in place ready to go.

Collection

At the end of each event our team will carefully dismantle and pack away all kit, ready for onward transport, leaving you free to leave without delay.
