- Use tracing services to obtain onward contact details and collect any unpaid debts for any default by you
- Comply with our legal and regulatory obligations;
We do share limited personal information, such as name and contact details, so that our drivers can carry out bookings on our behalf and we have strict instructions on deletion once bookings are completed. Please inform us at the time of booking if you do not wish us to share your information.
Other than sharing personal information so that we can carry out bookings, we do not share information with any third-party unless at the request by the Police or any other statutory authority or regulator who has a reasonable need for this information to effectively conduct their business e.g. criminal investigations.
How we store your information
Your information is securely stored on our checked and approved systems. How long we retain your personal data We will hold your personal information for the as long as follows, and at the end of the retention period, we will securely destroy your information.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
